When we started this company, our goal was simple: help other businesses grow by keeping their kitchens safe, clean, and compliant. We dreamed of building something meaningful in New York, and hood cleaning became our passion.
When we reflect back to our childhood, we never picked hood cleaning as a job we dreamed of. We dreamed we would be firefighters, police officers, cowboys, or even astronauts. Well, none of those juvenile dreams panned out for us. We got our passion for hood cleaning when we were in college. We were able to work around our school hours and make a pretty decent living.
